RELATIONSHIP-BASED LEARNING

TalenTrade brings together individuals from leading corporations, charities, and government agencies to share and build each other’s professional and leadership skills.

Our training and coaching programs equip both facilitators and participants from all sectors to develop a set of highly transferable ’21st century’ skills, while building valuable, lasting relationships.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

1 – TRAIN THE TRAINER

TalenTrade delivers train-the-trainer sessions covering facilitation leading practices, cross- sector partnership, and TalenTrade’s unique training method.

2 – DELIVERED TRAINING

Individuals who complete TalenTrade’s train-the-trainer course can then deliver TalenTrade’s Core Professional and Leadership training programs to individuals within their own organisations, or to external beneficiaries. In doing so, they are able to add their own experiences, insights, and tips to the TalenTrade base curriculum.

3 – ONE-ON-ONE COACHING

Facilitators also provide one-on-one follow-up coaching to program participants to help lessons stick and provide additional support.

4 – COMMUNITIES OF PRACTICE

Both trainers and participants join TalenTrade’s communities of practice to continue building their confidence, skills, relationships, and networks.
